Vivendi: Le consortium mené par Tencent détient 20% d'Universal Music

PARIS (Reuters) - Vivendi (PA:) a annoncé vendredi avoir finalisé la cession de 10% supplémentaire du capital de sa filiale Universal Music Group (UMG) à un consortium mené par Tencent, ce qui porte sa participation à 20%.

L'opération a été réalisée sur la base d'une valeur d'entreprise de 30 milliards d'euros pour 100% du capital d'UMG, a indiqué le groupe dans un communiqué.
