(Reuters) - Alimentation Couche-Tard a confirmé mercredi avoir récemment présenté une offre non contraignante à Carrefour (PA:) en vue d'un rapprochement amical, basée sur un prix de 20 euros par action.

Le groupe canadien précise que l'offre serait majoritairement en numéraire et ajoute que les modalités de la transaction font l'objet de discussions.
