FFP cède un tiers de sa participation dans Safran

PARIS (Reuters) - Le fonds d'investissement FFP a annoncé lundi la cession d'un tiers de sa participation dans Safran (PA:), soit 1,1 million d'actions, pour un montant de 132 millions d'euros.

FFP ajoute avoir réalisé un TRI (taux de rentabilité interne) de 14,4% sur son investissement dans l'équipementier aéronautique depuis sa fusion avec Zodiac.

Le groupe Zodiac, dont FFP a été l'un des principaux actionnaires depuis 2006, a été racheté par Safran en 2018.
